UM is committed to providing a safe, healthy and pleasant environment for academic pursuits and employment. To effect gender equity in the academic and working environment of the University, the “Guidelines for Handling Sexual Harassment and Sexual Bullying Cases” were established to prevent and discipline behaviours of sexual harassment, sexual bullying or other behaviours violating gender equity.
